Personally, I find the constant stream of self doubt exhausting. Just when you feel like you’re getting going, the voice inside your head starts and slowly it erodes you to the point where you give up on your leadership and shrink backwards. You give up your genius.

What if you could master the voice in your head in support of your mission instead of ‘I can’t’.

Lets agree, people can be difficult to work with and often even hurtful. If only you didn’t need them to make a difference. But chances are you can’t do it alone. Bold change is about changing systems, so learning to influence others to think and act differently is foundational to your success as a leader.

This one trips me up all the time. I am so impatient with how difficult it can be to make real change happen on the ground. We talk about it, we envision it, but in the end it’s often just business as usual outcomes.

Taking on bold change is about taking on more than the average outcomes. Bold leaders take on ‘the world’. You are driven to tackle large scale complex change initiatives, but this comes with an overwhelming sense of responsibility. Often crippling your bold leadership.

I am so sick of business as usual outcomes. It is one of the main reasons I have been on a relentless journey to figure out how to make real change happen.

There is plenty to be anxious about. Especially if you have a big responsibility and the ability to actually make a difference. But anxiety is an inspiration and insight killer. The level of complexity you’re faced with can’t be solved with the lower animal mind. You might be there in the end but its slow and stressful.

NOT ENOUGH TIME
In the world of busi-ness, time is a big commodity. I remember a time when I felt like my diary controlled me, that there was never enough time to do what I wanted. The busi-ness of my mind was equally overwhelming and took up any spare space for problem solving.
What if problem solving was effortless because the answers just appear in your mind, and your practised at following your higher mind, the mind that know the answer before you even ask it. From here, time is spacious. I actually have to find things to fill my time with these days cos I just feel like I have so much.
Money, money, money. What an interesting phenomenon. A year ago I was staring bankruptcy in the face with massive amounts of debt. I was so ashamed. Anyway, a lot of hard lessons later and a year dedicated to the study of how to build financial freedom, I have learnt how to create the kind of freedom and wealth I’d love to have. Not for self indulgence but so that I speak my highest truth without the fear of losing a client because I need the money. For me that is true wealth and freedom.
What if you were able to achieve financial freedom and working was a vocation and not a daily grind? What if you could speak your highest truth without fear? How much more bold could you be!
